If you would like to make a reservation, please send us your name, contact number, date and number of days, number of people and room type on the platform below. We will contact you after confirming the contents.

Booking Notice

● REGISTRATION  체크인 시

• The guest shall register name and contact information.
  
• Except for Korean nationality, a copy of passport is necessary.
  
• 체크인 시에 이름과 연락처를 기재해야 하며, 외국인의 경우 여권을 보여주세요.

● BOOKING & BOOKING CHANGE 

    예약 및 예약 변경

• Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  Please show this e-mail to the front desk when checking in.
  
• Reservation Change can be made by e-mailing us 7 days before your initial reservation date.
  
  
• 예약 시에 예약확인 이메일 혹은 문자를 받게 됩니다. 체크인 시 보여주세요.
  
• 예약 변경하실 경우, 체크인 날짜 7일 전까지 변경해주세요.

● CANCELLATION POLICY  취소 및 환불 규정

• No Show & Cancellation 5 days prior to arrival date : 100% charge
• Cancellation 5~7 days prior to arrival date : 50% charge
• Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date : no charge

• If you stay for a group or stay for a certain period of time, you may be provided with additional regulations.
  
  

• 체크인 5일 전 ~ 당일 취소 및 환불은 불가능합니다.

• 체크인 5일 ~ 7일 전 취소의 경우 50% 환불이 가능합니다. 

• 체크인 7일 전 취소의 경우 100% 환불이 가능합니다. 

• 단체 숙박 또는 특정 기간의 숙박인 경우 별도의 규정을 제시하는 경우가 있습니다.
